As the Personnel Responsible in Transport, you will be responsible for one of ISFiT's largest groups. Being part of a large team, it is crucial to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and has a good time. As the Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for fostering a positive atmosphere. You will have the chance to organize your very own orientation week for the transportation team! You will play a key role in ensuring that all members feel included and well. Additionally, you will be involved in the recruitment process to bring new talents into the Transportation team.
