Do you love arts and performing arts, and want to help shape the artistic program in the world's biggest international student festival? If yes, then you might be the ideal person for the role of Booker in the arts team at the ISFiT 2025 festival!

ISFiT is a festival that happens every two years and welcomes students from all around the world to Trondheim, Norway, to participate in dialogue, workshops, cultural events, and social activities. The theme of this year's festival is POWER, and we are looking for someone who can help us find and book amazing artists and performers who can express this topic through their art.

As a Booker in the arts team, you will work closely with the Head of Arts and the Assistant Head of Arts to find, contact, and book artists and performers for the festival. Your main tasks will be researching potential artists and performers, negotiating contracts and fees, and ensuring that they have everything they need for their performance. In short, you’ll be able to help shape the artistic festival program of your dreams and help bring the POWER of art to a global audience.

To apply for this role, you should have:
- A passion for arts and performing arts, especially concerning the theme of POWER
- Good communication skills, as communicating with artists, performers, and venues will be a big part of your job.
- Motivation and dedication to making this festival the best it can be
