Do you wish to shed light on a specific focus area in the world? Are you interested in how a dialogue can change one’s perspectives? Is conflict resolution a concept that resonates with you? Then I believe you should apply as Assistant Head of Dialogue for ISFiT25!
As the Assistant Head of Dialogue, you will be co-leading the Dialogue Board in the process of making the Dialogue Project a reality. The mission of the Dialogue Project is to bring attention to a focus area in the world. Students from this area will be invited to Norway for 7-10 days before the festival starts for a facilitated discussion seminar. The Dialogue Board will be central in both the thematic component and facilitation for these students. In addition, you will help recruit a group of chefs to make great local food on this trip!
As Assistant Head you will have a significant organizational responsibility for the execution of the project and be my key supporter in ensuring its success. You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of individuals and collaborate with several different sections within ISFiT25. So what are you waiting for?
