Do you want to be the core of our application process, ensuring that every candidate feels welcome and well-supported? We are currently seeking a dedicated Candidate Care Coordinator to enhance ISFiT's standing through a positive candidate experience.
As a Candidate Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting candidates throughout the entire application process. Your role is to ensure a smooth and encouraging experience, from application submission to follow-up phone calls after selections. You will assist the recruitment team with strategies to improve the candidate experience and organize the follow-up calls, providing valuable feedback and information to all applicants.
