If you answered yes to at least one of these questions, you should become our new Assistant Head of Participant Coordination for ISFiT25!
As Assistant Head of Participant Coordination, you will be responsible for recruiting and deciding which 400 participants will be coming to ISFiT25. You will work together with the Participant Coordination Board to get us the world’s most outstanding ISFiT participants! You will also oversee the ambassador program, where we recruit ambassadors from different countries to represent and promote ISFiT, engaging more people where they live. Additionally, your group will be looking at the applications your ambassadors have engaged and deciding who gets to attend the festival. To achieve this, you will also get to work with budgets, accounting, marketing, and more.
