ISFiT Festival welcomes participants from around the world, to facilitate an unforgettable experience of everything Trondheim, the student community, and ISFiT have to offer! As the Assistant Head of Participant Interaction, you will have the opportunity to shape various creative projects within a team, which will be crucial to the participants' experience of the festival. You will become a central support figure within the Participant Interaction board, with significant influence on how events are designed and executed.
In the role of Assistant Head, you will of course work closely with the Head of Participant Interaction, collaborating to design the framework for various activities. Key focuses include overseeing the overall schedule of the festival, and delegating tasks to ensure project execution. Simultaneously, you will contribute creative ideas to the festival, allowing us to develop an exciting and engaging program for all participants in ISFiT25!
