Are you someone who has a passion for words and literature? Are you structured and motivated to help lead a team in creating an amazing culture program for ISFiT25? Then Assistant Head of Literature is the perfect position for you!
ISFiT aims to provide a platform for students from all over the world to engage in dialogue and cultural exchange. As Assistant Head of Literature, you will work closely with the Head of Literature, your team, and other departments to create a unique program for the festival and deliver engaging literature content that reflects ISFiT’s values and goals through inspiring events. You will play a crucial role in planning and arranging the literature part of the culture program.
As Assistant Head of Literature, you are a part of the leader team, formed together with the Head of Literature. You would have a lot of the same tasks as the Head of Literature, like having an overview of the team, being reachable and helpful, and taking initiative for social activities. One of the main tasks is to help and contribute to the Head’s tasks. For example, hold every other meeting, or have follow-up conversations with members of the team.
