Are you able to see people's needs, and like to help when challenges arise? Do you want to take part in creating the best experience possible for volunteers at the world's largest international student festival? Then Human Resources is something for you!
All the members of the HR team will contribute as neutral advisers in challenging situations and work together to create good working conditions in the organization. HR has the important task of making everyone feel included and cared for. Through joining HR you will be in contact with many different people, and work across different sections. This provides you with the opportunity for many new acquaintances, and good friendships!
Within the HR team, different responsibilities and tasks will also be allocated, allowing you to create your own projects and shape your role. If you want to do something interesting and rewarding - apply for Human Resources and make a difference for the volunteers!
You don't need any previous experience, the most important is that you enjoy working with people and are motivated to be a part of making ISFiT25 as great as possible.
