ISFiT: Det Andre Teateret present: «YOUR SPECTACULAR SHOW»
Trondheim! We have missed you! Det Andre Teatret has rigged the stage with amusing people and silly theatre, and this time we’re performing live from Oslo for the people of Trondheim once again. We are looking forward to play around together with you. For an hour we will try to knead the city, the people, the suggestions and everything else you bring into the show. Anything can happen, and it can become incredibly good or exceptionally bad!
Det Andre Teateret is the first and only Norwegian theatre with focus on improvisation theatre and opened its doors for the first time in 2011. The theatre is known for its varied repertoire of written and improvised performances for all ages. They put on over 350 performances every year on their own stage in Oslo and tour widely in schools and culture houses, as well as international festivals around the world. They have visited Trondheim and ISFiT on several occasions, in addition to having participated in UKA.
Their performance style and characteristics - storytelling often told in dialogue with the audience and play with theatrical instruments - have given them an outstanding reputation for quality and innovation in improvisation in the international theater field. Det Andre Teateret is almost like a real theater - just a little more fun!
