Samfundsmøte

The Board of Studentersamfundet in Trondhjem wish to invite to an extra Samfundsmøte on Saturday, November 18th at 17:30. This comes in addition to Festmøte: SEX, which is later in the evening at 19:10.

The agenda of the meeting will be as follows:

1. The meeting is set
2. Protocol of the board
3. Election of members to the Council
4. Resolution on the climate lawsuit
5. Interpellation regarding the theme party
6. Open podium
7. Eventuality
8. Criticism of the meeting
9. The meeting is adjourned

Point 1 - 5 and 8 - 9 will be in Norwegian. At point 6 we invite members to take the podium to speak if the have something they want to say. One can choose to do this in both Norwegian or English.

This is a meeting for our members and those who have access to the Samfundsmøte through or laws (Chapter 3, §12). We want our members to feel extra safe when speaking from the podium at this meeting, and they should be allowed to say what they wish. Therefore we chose to not invite other to this meeting.
