The Board

The board is one of Samfundet's governing body, together with the Council and the Finance Board. The Board creates Studentersamfundet's political profile and arranges Samfund's Meetings every Saturday. Since the fall of 2016 weekly wednesday debates called Onsdagsdebatten have been held by the board, wanting to be an arena that connects students and politics.
By setting external and internal current events on the agenda, it is also their task to lead the organization Samfundet. Learn more about the board here

The Debate Committee of Samfundet

The board also has a sub-group, the Debate Committee og Samfundet, who, together with the thematic coordinators, deals with the topics surrounding the Samfund's Meetings and the weekly debates. Learn more here

The Finance Board

The Finance Board (FS) is Samfundet's economic governing body. The Finance Board is responsible for managing Samfundet's wealth and management of the financial operations. The controlling body is Rådet. Decisions made by the Finance Board is important for the development of Samfundet and thus also for Samfundet's members stands as owners of Samfundet. Rådet - The Council

Studentseramfundet's Council sees to that economical activity occurs in accordance with laws, instructions and resolutions at Samfundet. When budgets and accounts are under approval, and during elections in the Finance Board, the Council shall submit a recommendation. They also update Samfundet's laws. If there's doubt about how these should be interpreted, they submit an official interpretation. Learn more about the council here
