Drømmeaften

An evening of floating soundscapes Join us for a magical night where atmospheric tones and dreamy vibes take center stage!

Future Nostalgia takes you on a journey through shoegaze, dream pop, and post-punk, inspired by legends like Slowdive and Ride. Leah Isabel and Vilja Östgård follow up with an electronic, ambient, and cinematic pop universe, where vocal effects and live electronics create a hypnotic show. This will be a dream night you don’t want to miss!

Leah Isabel + Vilja Östgård - 21:00

Leah Isabel describes her music as an electronic/ambient/cinematic/alternative journey within pop. She brings along Vilja Östgård on live electronics, who will manage vocal effects and help create the show. Leah and Vilja are currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Songwriting and Music Production, and Vilja also has her own artist project under the name Vilja Östgård.

Future Nostalgia - 22:00

With a definitive nod to shoegaze, dream pop, and post-punk, Future Nostalgia draws inspiration from genre pioneers such as Slowdive and Ride, as well as contemporary trailblazers like Diiv, Grouper, and Ringo Deathstarr. The band comprises members rooted in the Norwegian music scene, with previous projects including Mining in Yukon, Company Ink, Catnip Cloud, Temporary, and more.

They released their debut album Imaginary Conversations on April 5th through
Kraakeslottet Platekompagni and have garnered praise from publications such as the British [sic] Magazine and Disharmoni. Their music has landed on lists by NRK P3, Urørt, and Deichman Musikk listed their album as one of the best ones from 2024.
