Anniversary Screening: Godzilla (1954)
On November 3rd, Godzilla turns 70, and we’re celebrating the day by screening the classic in Storsalen!
After a Japanese ship explodes and sinks near Odo Island, another ship is sent to investigate. There, they witness Godzilla destroying the area. Godzilla is a prehistoric monster, disturbed by American nuclear testing in the Pacific. The radioactive radiation causes the monster to mutate and grow. The entire city of Tokyo is in danger when Godzilla arrives.
