Tigrbalsam // 23.59
Tigrbalsam is your new favorite band, playing raw and energetic rock with elements of pop. On top of the massive soundscape filled with fuzz guitars and big synths, there is a vocal in the Northern Norwegian dialect.
The gang behind Tigrbalsam is part of a musician collective in Trondheim and has been playing together for several years. In the other bands, the common denominator has been songs in English. But with a new name, Northern Norwegian vocals, and an epic soundscape, the songs became closer and more intimate than ever.
Tigrbalsam increases blood circulation and has undocumented effects against stiff dancing muscles.
In 2024, we will take over the world with our first EP “Tigrbalsam”. The EP consists of four songs and is partially produced by Kristoffer Lo. The focus track “Ondskap” (Evil) is about the madness and all the absurd things happening in the world today. In the Kirkenes dialect, a stone’s throw from the Russian border, vocalist Terje sings: “Evil on the doorstep, can someone go out and ask them to relax?”.
