General assembly

This meeting is open to all members, and you will be able to gain insight into Studentersamfundet as an organization. Through the annual report and accounts you will learn how 2017 passed. We shall also elect members of the Finance Board.

Finance Board (FB) is one of three governing bodies at Studentersamfundet, together with the Board and the Council. FB is responsible for the management of the Studentersamfundet's properties, capital and assets with a council as the control committee. In addition, they have the authority to act on behalf of Studentersamfundet in all matters affecting the financial operations of Studentersamfundet and out building. In FB, important decisions regarding the construction of the expansion of Samfundet will be taken.

The Council has appointed the following persons to the Finance Board for the next two years: Magne Mæhre, Steinar Bjørlykke and Bente Sjøbakk. In the election of trustees, all members with valid membership have the opportunity to stand for election.

We will also announce candidates for lifelong and honorary membership at Studentersamfundet. These must be approved by the members at the general assembly. It is possible to nominate candidates until Sunday, April 15th. 23.59. Submit nomination with name and justification to styret@samfundet.no.

The agenda will be published at a later date.

The items in the agenda must be submitted to the Board within four days before the general meeting.

If you wish to reserve a table, the possibilities for this open Monday, 23.04.2018 at 12.00. For reservation, send a mail to styret-bordreservasjon@samfundet.no. There is a maximum of 6 people at each table and a limited number of tables. Table reservation closes Wednesday, 25.04.2016, at 14.00. This is a free offer for those who want a table and the offer is open to anyone who wants it, but is not required to get a seat during the meeting.
