Based on the novel by Mary Shelley from 1818, this movie is a classic in the horrorgenre. The crazy scientist Henry Frankenstein is obsessed with the idea of creating a living human being from the leftovers of dead people. Frankenstein is assisted by his hunchback assistant Fritz.
The movie came out in 1931 and is directed by James Whale.
