Lyche is Samfundet's most versatile venue, with its own ground-level entrance in addition to being a part of the main building. Here, we serve the hungry students of Trondheim as well as Samfundet's distinguished guests and artists. We offer a menu worthy of a professional restaurant, along with a wide selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. As a bartender at Lyche, you'll have the opportunity to learn all aspects of running a restaurant and a bar. No prior experience is required as we provide semesterly courses for all skills, including cocktail courses, beer courses, wine courses, service courses, and more. Here, you have the chance to truly absorb valuable knowledge!

The restaurant is open every day and transforms into a cocktail bar in the evenings on weekends. With four shifts per month, the position is highly flexible, allowing you to work on any day of the week that suits your schedule.

As a bartender, you become a part of a team that engages in a lot of social activities together, beyond the shifts in the restaurant/bar. Whether it's casual dinners, cabin trips, movie nights, or even playing in a band. Here, you have the opportunity to expand your circle of friends and create memories and experiences you won't soon forget!
