The Café and Service Team operates all the cafes and bars in the building, serving food and drinks to hungry and thirsty guests at Samfundet. As a part of the team, you can contribute to creating traditions and establishing your own ideas, and with us, you're sure to make many new and great friends. If you enjoy cooking or want to learn more about it, then the position of cook at Lyche is perfect for you.
As a cook, you'll work in a large and modern kitchen that allows for creative and imaginative culinary expression. Lyche is a professional restaurant run by amateurs, so no prior experience is required to join as a cook, as comprehensive training will be provided. The only requirement is that you're not afraid to try new things and are willing to collaborate. You'll work approximately 8 hours once a week and can even contribute to shaping the shift schedules. This role offers you the opportunity to learn various cooking techniques and a unique insight into restaurant operations.
The cooks collaborate closely and become well-acquainted; it's impossible not to make many good friends!
