The café and serving gang runs all the cafés and bars at Samfundet. We serve food and drinks to hungry and thirsty guests at Samfundet. As part of the gang, you can help make traditions and your own ideas, and you will certainly make many new and good friends. Whether you're fond of cooking or want to learn more about it, becoming a cook at Lyche is the perfect position for you. As a cook you get to work in a large and modern kitchen that gives room to unfold creatively and imaginatively in cooking.

Lyche is a professional restaurant run by amateurs so no prior knowledge is required to become a cook, as full training will be provided. The only thing that is required is that you are not afraid to try new things and that you are cooperative. You will work approx. 8 hours once a week and can even help to design the menu. You will get the opportunity to learn many new cooking techniques and a unique opportunity to gain insight into how it is to run a restaurant. The cooks work closely together, it is impossible not to get many good friends :)
