Vollan opening: Fig Tape & Atle Nordli (Saturday)

Fig Tape:

Norwegian artist Fig Tape has quickly gained fans in Scandinavia, the UK and Germany with his strong debut. The attention surrounding him has already secured him a booking deal with All Things Live and a publishing deal with Warner Chappell.
Drawing inspiration from his three-year residency in Berlin, he blends elements of bedroom pop and club music with fast tempos, experimental textures and synth-based riffs. His latest releases “Boundaries” and “You Might” have both received attention and radio play on P3.
With an upcoming gig opening for Sigrid at Sentrum Scene and having already played to a sold out Parkteatret in Oslo, Ideal Bar at VEGA in Copenhagen and been featured on Sweden's “Live at Heart”, Fig Tape continues to do what he loves most - sharing his music from the stage with no one but himself and his equipment.

Atle Nordli:

Atle Nordli is a Norwegian DJ and producer, known for delivering energetic sets with deep roots in electronic music. As part of the acclaimed radio program “Sagtann”, he curates the best of both new and old electronic music, with a strong focus on British club music. On Saturday, October 12, Nordli brings a mix of UK garage, breaks, house and techno to Vollan. Audiences can expect a mix of exclusive dubs and his own remixes for a unique club experience.
