Theme Party: UTEKLUBB with Oprofessionell and Ekkel // House

For an evening, Ute will help transform the Student Society. Through the music, we bring our international participants, as well as Trondheim's local population, to an evening filled with electric atmosphere. Together we will explore the electronic genre and show the international participants what Norway have to offer when it comes to the electronic music scene in Trondheim city. The rest of the house's scenes will also fill up with music from the electronic genre, and you get, among other things, DJ Sunnyroady at KNAUS, raves at Klubben, Drum & Bass on the Company Side, Tech House in the Bodega and UTE CLUB with Oprofessionell & Nasty in the Main Hall! Show up for a musical experience. Drop phones on the dance floor. Keep your phones in your pockets, enjoy the moment and respect the privacy of others.

UTE is an Oslo-based DJ - collective. UTEklubb delivers energetic, emotional and psychedelic trance music. On Saturday, February 11, two of the founders Oprofessionell and Ekkel from UTE.REC will take you to a musical party like no other. Expect good trance and hypnotic music. See you in Storsalen 23:00!

EKKEL: Is the solo project of co - founder Teo Bach who is the part of several duos and constellations in the UTE universe. With experience from top clubs like Berghain in Berlin, Doka in Amsterdam and outdoor parties in Australia, you can expect a journey filled with fat(?) bass lines and psychedelic beats.

OPROFESSIONELL: Oprofessionell is one of the co-founders of the Oslo-based trance collective Ute and the record label Ute.Rec. With a wide range of releases under various aliases and projects, and an innovative grasp of the genre, he has become a central figure on the trance scene over the past couple of years. His distinctive blend of neo-trance, i.e. modern a modern trance expression with inspiration from the 90s, brings out feelings of euphoria and psychedelia. Oprofessionell has played at institutions such as Saule, Berghain and om:blank in Berlin, been on an Australia tour in early 2022, and has thus consolidated his position as a reviver of trance music. Just check out projects like Converter (along with Mikkel Rev) and Kineta (along with Alpha Tracks), as well as aliases like Repulsive Force and Oprofessor, to name a few.

Together, Nasty and Oprofessionell ally behind the alias Ipeo Dosadi, and play all night. The project offers playful prog trance, cheeky bass lines and mesmerizing leads. The guys have previously played countless scenes, including The Villa and BLÅ in Oslo and Berghain in Berlin.
